I spun this to a friend of mine..his response to me..

That Georges Lewis J bought 863414 shares at 4.1 cents each and also bought an option to sell them in 2021 (I don't know options stuff). I think he' be a seller of 5 million shares in 9 years time with a exercise (base) price of $0.041.
Other than that? Kind of normal I'd guess. Could be huge winner for him though
