I talked with RK this morning...they have it set up for one hotel this year instead of two they had last year. They're getting a good deal on the hotel price for the SHM. They want everyone at one hotel so false rumors don't get started or misrepresentation.

We didn't talk about the claims issue just when the drilling will start and capital. He said if we get the capital within the next few weeks..expect the drills to start in the summer.

Overall, I am confident in SFMI and they're moving forward.

The whole mining industry has taken a hit. All the majors are at lows. If the Euro collapses with Greece leaving the Euro zone and Spain continues to borrow. Our own interest rates will climb and dollar will get stronger. However, countries in the world including ours refuse to acknowledge and address the debt crisis. We have to start cutting....but ask a politician where are you going to cut. The people tell the poltician ,you're not cutting mine. Basically...I don't see gold heading back to $300/oz anytime soon. JMHO!!
