According to RK yesterday....surface drilling will start first if I heard him correctly. Easy access and far less costly. At the SHM, RS told me it will be probably be 1000 feet deep. The deeper you go..the more expensive. Call RK to verify...no need for idol threats...RK will answer questions within the bounds of the SEC and under managements direction. The claims issue was addressed in a press release. IW gave us the rundown on it.

When I spoke with Roger Scammell on the mountain regarding drilling...he said, " MSHA keeps raising the bar for us to meet." Case in point..the drilling bolts and nets. Escape routes...etc...

The way the government operates these days...what doesn't need a permit? They have their 1#$#! hands in everything the people do.

I don't know how the drill room in the Sinker Tunnel will be constructed...if explosives are needed...permits and special licensing is required.
