I know sometimes people can get vindictive if they don't get their way and create false premises for their own satisfaction or use others as tools for their own irrational justifications. Also, I understand business...sometimes companies can't pay for their bills on time..its not a crime.

Why would SFMI be a fully reporting company and disclose everything to the public?

Why would PQ have set up cameras while the mill was being constructed? Obviously to gain trust in the potential buyers of shares.

Why would Allen Simon, a prominent well known businessman with scores of attorneys come on board if he didn't think the company was sound and viable? It is common sense, Allen Simon had his attorneys look under every rock and make sure no bugs were lurking. The guy didn't become a multimillionaire playing stupid or a con man.

I find it ironic, that if someone resigns from the BOD as Roger Scammel did...it doesn't mean the company isn't sincere in obtaining their objectives. Roger is still a consultant and Rick Walker took his spot on the BOD. It is my guess, an independent geologist will be hired to oversee the 43 101. This isn't the first time BOD changes happen...people come and go. I wish DQ would step down...

I am assuming that a mining engineer will be hired to oversee the expansion of the mill with the installation of the floatation device and when approved, overseeing the functioning of the cyanide leaching system.

I am in it to win it. SFMI is moving forward....gsdreamer found documents and I am thankful he did. This shows me, SFMI is serious in getting SFMI off the ground and turning our shareprice into gold.
