AGREED, just need management to be truthful, forth coming with news, good or bad, stop lining their pockets, and stop rewarding incompetence i.e. CQ. Now lets get the drills going and move this puppy down the road.

When would the drills need to start drilling so that they will be finished before the snow seats in? Not sure but think we may be running out of time???
