$SFMI - Turning One Miner's Dirt into Gold and Silver
In the 1870s there was a gold and silver boom in Idaho, which had a dramatic impact on the local economy. Deep within War Eagle Mountain lay a virtual treasure trove of gold and silver. Miners went in dug up millions of dollars worth of gold and silver and left big piles of dirt in their wake. Back in those days, it was tougher to be a miner. You had to be able to visibly see the gold in order for it to be worth anything and getting to it was very risky business. These miners left tons of dirt pulled out of these mines and left in piles around the mountain.
Scroll forward a hundred years plus and with advancements in technology, even the tracest amounts of precious metals can now be extracted. Considering that mines are being assayed in terms of grams per ton, the ability and efficiency of these mining operations is rather extraordinary.
For those of you who are not familiar with the mining business, it is a capital intensive business to start. Once you start and begin producing it becomes like an ATM machine. The more you can process the more you can make. The more efficient the extraction process, the more you make. This takes a lot of time to establish and the fact that Silver Falcon has started producing gold and silver dore while being capital constrained is a testament to the quality of the tailing they have on hand.
Mining is like the Aesop Fable "The Tortoise and The Hare". If you rush too fast and make a mistake you'll end up losing the race. Silver Falcon Mining is making steady progress. http://www.silverfalconmining.com
