from the last pr we are getting a new flotation system i herd PQ put some

floattes on CQ and he swam across the pool and is now going to oversee this new

system. as far as the new (leach) system he is over qualified this should make

you sleep better at night with the same course nothing one more billion of

share dilution from the family won't cure.
