I'm pretty sure they started the 43-101 over a year ago, or at least after the last SHM. It is a "living" document (unlike our Constitution) and is meant to start off with historical data, which I'm sure they already have in it, and then go to empirical data - the drilling results. I'm pretty sure that's what they mean when they say "updated into...".

And, of course, they can't submit anything to the regulators until they have at least some drilling results to "prove out" the mountain.
