Also, on the AS deal...we haven't seen the 8-K on what AS contributed to SFMI...so I will retract my negative comment about Allen Simon till all evidence is presented. I jumped the gun and fully take responsiblity for my unwarranted action.

My intent isn't to hurt my investment but to make sure all the facts are in order. The drop from .05 to 024 was and is stressful.

I look at the value of the company at $17 million dollars and our waste ore alone is worth much more than the value of the company. This is excluding the value of WEM.

Until all evidence is put forward...as the filing of the 8-k of Allen Simon's private placement money. I will not condemn or condone Mr Simon until further notice.
