Just got off the phone with RK. If you have stock in both companies, you can attend both SHMs. If you're planning on travelling with a friend who has no shares in GHDC and only in SFMI...they aren't allowed to go to the GHDC shm at all unless they bought shares of GHDC prior to July 27, 2012.

No tour of the Sinker Tunnel this year because the road is extremely busy and huge construction is happening near and in the Sinker Tunnel. What do you think they're doing?

Buy them while they're cheap..this is a freaking steal. Market value of the company is only $17 million.... and we all know the company is worth far more.
