I won't be attending the SHM...hopefully, we will have smart players at the game; before, during and after the SHMs asking tough questions.

Last year, PQ assigned shareholders to two different hotels..making the prior and after discussions very difficult. So this year it will be at one hotel.

Question:

Does PQ and the BOD have to do this for the shareholders? The answer is NO..only SEC obligaton GHDC/SFMI management has to adhere to are the actual SHMs. This shows me their transparency and openness with the shareholders. This would be a good time to hit them up with your concerns. JMHO.....

I don't think we will see core results by Sept 21.
