If any additional money was actually raised since June 30th, it would have to be reported in Subsequent Events in the 10Q. I believe (hope) they are holding this info. for just the right time.

If one wants to speculate on potential additional shares to be issued for additional financing, just look at recent terms and extrapolate. They need $13.9M through completion of Exploration Phase.

I am confused by the revenue reported. I thought they were making regular shipments to the refiner, but only $75k has been reported as revenue for the first 6 months. They even state in the 10Q that "In 2011, we completed a pilot plant on our mill site and began shipping dore bars to a refiner on a regular basis".

I don't see any issue with the Earl lawsuit. It actually probably helped the County get over the fact that Earl was claiming he didn't get paid since now it is a legal matter.

Great that they took care of all the mine citations and were citation free this quarter.
