I just don't think it was due to the minor lawsuit. What about revenues of only $16k last quarter or the fact that it is August 15th and there is no additional financing in place yet (officially) and the 10Q says they need $13.9M or the fact that the proxy came out today and DQ is still listed as one of the directors to vote for?

I am not surprised by the selling, but I am also not discouraged by the selling. I know the shares were placed in strong hands.
