Garick - this would indeed be a good faith move and could do wonders for investor morale. However, I do think they should get paid something, I don't think them waiting for profitability is reasonable. When will that be? I think if they meet the company goals for the year then they should get paid.

HOWEVER, I do not think they should give themselves large raises in BOTH companies and then prepay all of it in shares. How did they know in the beginning of 2012 that they would meet all of the 2012 goals to justify the large raises and the prepayments? That is the fundemantal question.

At this point I think what is done is done with regards to 2012, I would be content if they DID NOT do the same thing in the beginning of 2013.
