At least according to rumor. Financing, various permits, drilling sometime this year, etc. The reason it's not reflected in the share price is that it's all hearsay until we get a PR- and even then you have to parse RK's words very carefully. We need a clearly written PR announcing significant news before the price will move, and preferably more than one. And preferably before the meeting- I wouldn't want to be PQ explaining to a bunch of shareholders why they are holding 2 cent shares....
