Agree with you Spiny...I like to add it was Bill Earl who convinced PQ the tailings would be profitable and to postpone the drilling program while he was milking the company. Bill Earl hurt the company and PQ trusted his judgement instead of Scammell who suggested to drill first.

Bill Earl dumped all his shares which he gave PQ his word he wouldn't sell any of them. PQ and shareholders paid the price for Bill Earl backing down on his word. PQ learned a lesson, don't pay contractors with open market shares. Go for private placement money as we witinessing with the S-! and rumors of AS.

As far as PQ rewarding himself and family with huge shares...totally agree especially when we aren't profitable yet. What will the outstanding share count be at the end of the day?

I can't wait for the shareholders at the ASM to question PQ on the share dilution and report back to us.

BTW....this is my hope...once the initial drill results come out and word gets out. I pray we have a bidding war for the sale of SFMI and GHDC.
