I am defending my position.....it is of my understanding PQ learned his lesson, never pay contractors in open market shares and get it all in writing.

I think there was much more to it than Mr Earll just dumping shares. I am curious....did Mr Earll quit or was he terminated?

At the ASM, I look forward for disenchanted shareholders holding PQ and the BOD to the fire. I hope the shareholders have the guts to ask tough questions and get answers to sooth the pain of their wallets.

PQ has made mistakes...as every businessman has done. However, I don't see the company heading into the abyss of bankruptcy. I notice progress by what is happening at the Mill site and soon will be the Sinker Tunnel.
