I read Spiny's post about the ASM and the questions for the BOD, but what exactly can be done ? the Q's have the majority of votes do they not ?

Can anything be done to hold PQ's feet to the fire ? he just has to endure the uncomfortable comments and then back to business as usuall if that is the case ? Are we powerless ? as shareholders we must have some recourse - a few of you on this board seem to have been around the block a time or two - what can we do ?

I would like to see him on the hot seat and answer the questions, I cannot make the sacrifice to attend the meeting, if I did perhaps I would load up on a few bags of tomatoes !
