Any PR before the meeting(s) would have to come out either Tuesday or Wednesday, since the GHDC meeting is Thursday, the SFMI meeting Friday. I would hope they wouldn't put out a PR on Wednesday, since that is when people going to both meetings will likely be traveling. But good timing hasn't been a factor so far...
