I hope you all have a good trip and a worthwhile meeting, and meaningful discussions before, during and after. You are all very well versed on SFMI and most are most knowledgeable with respect to the PM markets. The management of SFMI will have to be credible with all of you. Poor planning and opaque decision making have to be addressed. You may also want to consider the pattern PQ has with respect to past public company failures to make sure 'things are different this time'. Revisionist history doesn't work. The 'dilution' thingee has raised it's ugly head yet again...as many in the early days warned. A ver tortuitous route has been taken towards the ultimate goal of drilling and assaying.

As an unabashed supporter of SFMI for years, I was the victim of my own denial process. All I could see was the valid historical data and the incredible resources/opportunities of WEM. So much has happened since that naive beginning....and I fault no one but myself...that I am aghast that I was so wrong about so many thiings. The number one requirement for any explorer/developer/producer is reliable, knowledgeable, experienced management. And that, ladies and gentlemen is the very crucial ingredient I 'overlooked' investing in SFMI. Mea culpa.

Let's hope it is not too late and that PQ is on the right track...and sees the error of his ways. This will be your last chance, in my opinion, to make some very crucial decisions about the inegrity, credibility and agenda of management. My fear is that the dilution will continue (either by way of stock issuance or other commitment) and that an early offer of say, 25 to 50 cents to $1/share would satisfy the financial objectives of a very few...leaving many shareholder in the dust. 'Tough titty'...as they used to say; 'that's busiiness'.

For those of you who have the most skin in the game, the most invested personally... and financially, this is your final chance to get the right answers to the right questions. There will be no second chance because by this tie next year the world will be a very diffrent place and the price of gold and silver will be much higher. What happens over the next three months could be a game changer in my opinion. For all of you, make every minute count. Demand candid answers to vital questions. You are all making personal sacrifices to go to this most crucial of AGMs. This is about your financial future folks. Spin and hollow promises can now have devastating consequences for some. All you need is the truth.
