Hopefully we get a video of both GHDC and SFMI meetings. I am wondering about the share dilution knowing multiple shareholders had serious concerns about the issue.

Stage is being set and knowing Mr Simon has experience in merging and selling companies..he is a huge asset for the company. I am curious to know if Mr Simon has shares in GHDC too.

What I heard, he didn't attend the GHDC shareholder meeting. I like to know what was said at the GHDC meeting.
