What most people don't know is that Elk is a lot leaner than Fish, much less Chicken, and Moose even leaner and better tasting. Thanks for the pictures of the Sinker and Mill site's. Progress is being made and that's what's most important. I sometimes think we are in the eye of the storm most of the time. To me it's been a race between how much can be accomplished at SFMI, the devaluation of fiat money, what the eventual price of gold and silver will be and the timeline in which this will all occur. I've put my money on SFMI/GHDC to ride out the storm that's coming/here.
