yes the poor mill rates caused the share price to not be favorable for the centurion deal, we only took about 60k in financing (I think) but at 2 mil shares it was going to be too dilutive, I guess. during this time the share listing had some issues that caused delays. All PQ driven but we can't fire him...so maybe now we can get on with it
