I get ticked off when I see new equipment being purchased and NO PR. The funding must be in place, so why no PR stating the details of the funding? I would like to know what it is going to cost to barrow this money! Does anyone have an explanation on why management would not disclose the terms of the funding? WHY ARE WE KEPT IN THE DARK??????
