IMO, silver is a "strong buy" at the $23-$24 range, although my gut tells me that we will test the $20 mark in a strong jerk-down. I'm looking to accumulate after selling a good chunk two weeks ago. Right now, the commercial short position is the largest it has ever been! Don't fight city hall...wait for the bloodbath, gobble up the crumbs, and get ready for the next leg up!
