He purchased 4,700,000 shares from 10/30/12 to 11/7/12 ..ALL IN THE OPEN MARKET. He now owns over 6% of the company. I am also fairly certain that he was buying ever since his appointment to the Board, but didn't have to report until he reached 5% ownership which was on 10/30.

I wonder if he is confident about the company's future.
