Water - just as pertinent a question is WHO is SELLING? Those are large blocks being sold for the past 2 months so I don't think it is the uninformed retail investor. I would venture to guess it is an institutional type entity that "knows" what is going on ...or maybe the timeline isn't to their liking and they need the cash now. Whatever the reason, the seller has been winning over the past couple of months.
