SFMI is waiting...it was a 40 page outline presented to the lawyers of the DQ. ( Dept of Quality Management ). It is basically a subdivision of the EPA which deals with state permits. We haven't even touched the fact of the Ecofascists who are on move to shut down businesses if the companies don't meet their ideals of utopia.

As far as the permit requirement through the government is quite an ordeal. My wife works for a state university...just to hire a person to fill a position takes weeks and is a process unlike the private sector. Firing a state worker is even harder unless you're in management. You wonder why our country is in a financial shamples. Just wait till Obamacare is fully kicked in...there is going to be many pisst off people.
