It took my friend 7 months to complete his restaurant..do you know why? He had to deal with the city bureaucrats to move forward with all the permitting, signage, fees...etc etc. What don't you people get when dealing with the government, you're dealing with a huge red tape bureaucracy and the govt wants their hands in the kitty. WAKE THE FU\K UP !!!!!!
