While the CFO did sell some shares his position still increased by over 30 million shares (via restricted shares issued). He owns close to 10% of the company. So it's not like he is going to miss out when the stock goes up. I will assume that he was "forced" to sell to fund personal obligations. It also appears Paul P. was buying at the same time ..was that prearranged? I think so.
I know how this appears to others though, especially new investors, that is the unfortunate part.
