Is this one of the reasons Delaney changed business locations 3 times in 2 years? Also, maybe why Jack Delaney is selling his house and boat, is he fleeing?

It seems to me that after 46 years of trading that he was bragging about, it is all being flushed down the toilet ..what a way to end his career.
