Context? Not sure what you want to know exactly since it is all IMO, but I think AJ and Pierre have had specific discussions on where the company is currently and where they want to take the company both operationally and as an investment. And obviously since they both agreed to the 8K, they feel good about their agreement and plan going forward. And also IMO I do believe they have at least a portion of the $5 million raise committed.

We'll have to wait and see how it plays out.
