Just skimming through, it looks like the two companies agreed to merge. After a bit, one company decided they didn't like what was going on, and opted out with an agreement to pay some expenses incurred up to that time. Two years later, they tried to claim the "expenses" weren't valid and didn't have to pay. A judge said they were bound by the agreement and had to pay, whether or not the expenses were valid (something he did not rule on since it didn't matter).
BTW, over on the other hub, Rocketstocks just posted the allegations, leaving out the result. Complete intellectual dishonesty as usual. Of course, he doesn't seem to be able to distinguish between allegations and the truth anyway, especially when he is making them.
