Omni would be crazy not to deliver on the $100K because they get well over $300k in shares for doing so. I just hope the $100k in financing doesn't come in the form of debt convertible to even more shares, and the same hope applies to any other financing Omni comes up with.

I had half expected to see a PR today updating the shareholders (the owners of the company) about these significant developments, then I remembered that this is SFMI we're talking about.
