I didn't love the OMNI deal, but unless we see a better alternative soon I don't see a positive in that deal going bust, especially since it was just announced so recently.

Like you said we need AS (or PP) to step up. IMO this can only move forward with someone on the inside putting up the juice. Too many questions to answer for someone from the outside to come in at this point in the story.

Wouldn't it be nice if they both put up a couple of million each?
