As far as the share distribution. I have to play devils advocate. 6yrs in business. Only compensation is restricted shares. No cash compensation. As far as I know, PQ and CQ haven't sold any shares. A couple of the BOD have sold some shares.

DQ came in with $5 million dollars...CASH.

Granted the Melba mill was a huge set back along with the Bill Earl fiasco.

I just brought a new set of glasses to the table and realize getting a revenue stream is far more important than the drilling at this point in time because of the cost factor of drilling.

I think we need to put our bickering aside and pray PQ makes sound decisions to make us a profitable exploration/mining company to fund this operation fully without diluting the crap out of it.

Pray what Carmine is saying is true that Allen Simon loves SFMI and will join in for the ride. I like to see him on the BOD and having a strong voice. He has the know how to make SFMI jump to the next level.
