It appears like Bill Earl had a little fun on the SFMI shares he sold. Think about this; he should have known his arrest for drunk driving is against the law and he violated the law. Bill Earl got caught...so he isn't totally 100% honest. Good find Bouts....
It appears he broke the agreement with SFMI by selling off shares. This will be interesting...
Bobby Joe is good friends with Bill Earl..so whatever he says is totally bias and slanted in favor of his good buddy Bill Earl.
What I don't understand, Bobby Joe says he is invested in SFMI. So why would he send out information that could be true or not against his own self interest? He is actually hurting his own investment in SFMI by siding with Bill Earl while the the lawsuits are in motion.
When Lawyers are involved, they always tell their party to stay quiet.
Something smells fishy......JMHO
BTW....just read your other post. I didn't know about the claims and Bill Earl. This is getting interesting.
Don't take matters in your own hand, take them to court. This will be interesting to see how this plays out between Bill Earl and PQ.
