Why would a company who currently needs money, with small pockets of cash from the shipments be used towards a buy-back now when they need funds to offset their monthly nut? IMO, when shipments grow, funds are secured, Iliad loan is paid off, I believe we will see a real buy-back occur.

Those who have nothing good to say about the company on ISCUM, and others who are trying to sabotage it, I recommend you look at this picture a bit differently NOW and go make yourselves money by buying shares at this price level and live life a bit happier and wealthier.
