I don't think it will go that low before the 10K is released unless someone already has knowledge of the compensation picture and share count. As I have stated before IF they prepay themselves for the entire year of 2013 and give themselves increases over last year plus options and pay Goldland the $1M ...that is exactlty what they did last year... if they do all that again at these price levels then this stock and company are doomed.

That is my honest opinion. There is no way they will be able to survive if that transpires again.
