I disagree. Good news has moved the stock up- note what happened after the last PR. It only heads back down when the promised developments don't occur. No announcement of their supposed "monthly" shipment or revenue from those or any previous shipments, no announcement of the "increase" in the "monthly revenue stream" that we were never given details of the first place, no info about actual production rates or recoveries. No information about getting new ore from the Sinker (the PR was as usual intentionally unclear about whether it was actually happening or not, instead regurgitating information from the regulations as to how much they are allowed to take). None of the assays or other information promised in "the ensuing weeks ahead" even though it has now been over three weeks. I guarantee you that if we had heard news about significant revenue, significant shipments (especially regular ones), or ore from the Sinker being processed and assays of that ore in the 3.75-325 oz/t range mentioned, the share price would not be in the toilet. Instead, none of the news promised in the PR has materialized, the 10K is delayed, and the share price decays as a result.
