As of now, the GHDC volume is a one day event, though it has been showing signs of life lately.

As for the 10K, I'm not sure how important it will be now, considering it covers only through the end of last year- over three months ago. It may show some dilution, especially in the "latest available" share count category which will cover up until now. But as far as I'm concerned the real important stuff is in three categories- how much revenue is being produced on a consistent basis, what is the status of drilling and getting ore out of the Sinker, and what is the status of financing. All three of these may have changed considerably in the last three months. If the flotation system is indeed now working effectively, they may actually be producing enough revenue to fund much of what they want to do if it's anywhere near the 10 t/hour rate mentioned. That's why we need real, significant and CURRENT information, not what could be a pretty stale 10K.
