That is my point... Your gut is not facts... Here are some facts. I email RK and asked blunt questions.

1. Do we have a drill as of today on the property? Yes or No

no response

2. Are we drilling this month (March 2013)? Yes or No response: The Sinker Tunnel has been and continues to be worked whereas a number of saftey issues have to be completed, reveiewed and ok by BLM. This is on-going. Once completed exploration and development of the Sinker will commence. Thus, no drilling within the Sinker until saftey issues have been approved

We need to know what the status of drilling, production, shipments, mill, tunnel and revenue. response:

In terms of productions and dore shipment, again refer to past and soon to be release filings.

The status of Omni? response:

Omni has signed a deal with SFMI, Please refer to the US SEC FORM 8-K filing for the specifics on this question.

So basically the answers I received were incomplete. None of us know the actual answer to any of those questions. Infact I don't think RK knows or he just won't tell the truth. The filings they file don't answer any question they only create more doubt. I am staying positive but rumors do nothing positive for the stock.
