BTW, the filing is dated 12/31/1969. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence, even before you read it.

Also, they are now up to 398M shares as of March 28, as Macod noted. Their total authorized shares amount is 400M. Wonder if we will see in increase in AS at some point.
