I have to disagree BOUTS and spiny. Like spiny said B shares count 40x what A shares do. Did you see who has the most B shares? DQ with 29.7% and then CQ with 20.5%, then PQ with 9.6%. How did DQ and CQ get all of those B shares? Who knows, but if control is the only factor they already have it in spades and can continue to have it via B shares issued to family as has been done in the past. The issuance of A shares for compensation is without consideration for what the effect would be.
