Actually I don't recall RK ever really providing a straight answer on anything. Quite remarkable really for an investor relations firm. I knew that was a huge red flag way back, but I got caugjht up in all the misrepresentations and nonsense.
You're right it wouldn't do any good to go after silver falcon since they are broke, but maybe RK's company has some assets.
