With all due respect, I'd certainly like to see hard evidence of lies before we start talking about lawsuits. If we do have that evidence I think most of us would willingly join in a lawsuit (for what good it would do-if the company is in that bad shape, we won't get blood out of a turnip.
But there is a big difference between a provable lie and someone's recollection of a conversation had over a beer or at a SHM. I personally, have never been lied to by PQ, RK or anyone else on the board of SFMI. They have made poor estimates of timelines, etc. but I can't categorize those as lies.
If you are going to call someone a liar, you better be able to back it up...
