In my opinion, Rich has been somewhat frustrated since the SHM before last. I had a lot of time to talk to him one-on-one and he basically expressed the same thing. That he can only say what they tell him to say and it is seldom what we (or he) want's to hear.

He is still enthusiastic about the potential of WEM.
