I seem to remember something in a PR about the fact that Republic doesn't process small batches, that they are holding all of our shipments until they have "enough" to process all at once. We will not get any feedback until SFMI gets that feedback from Republic - along with a check, I would imagine. So, they could have been shipping all along, it's just not going to be announced until they know something. It would be stupid of them to broadcast value of shipments based on sampling of the dore they poured and shipped - that's not accurate. Republic will have the actual value of all PM's refined and that's what SFMI gets paid on.
