I'm sorry, but I have to comment on this statement by RK which is complete BS:

In 2011, the company spent $81,000 in car allowances for Pierre, Christian and Ridenour. Where was the budgetary prudence with that perk?

On the bright side, the 2012 10K didn't show any car allowances, but it is difficult to interpret exactly what is included in their employee agreements in that document and I only scanned certain sections. I guess the bonuses took care of the car allowances.

I'm sure shareholders can find other wasteful spending that could be put to use more responsibly.

Please don't let RK get away with that. No shareholder deserves to be insulted with that kind of BS.
