I took a walk down memory lane just too see ‘the beginning’. And you all know the rest. Pic may have some better info on Dicut and other PQ adventures. I got hooked on the credible, historic geological documentation on War Eagle. My fault.
Excerpts from Stockguru ‘under the radar’ Dec. 24, 2007:
“It’s the latest venture for Quilliam who’s been involved in a range of business types including IT, electric cars, and Sockers indoor soccer team. But he said he has no mining industry experience personally, but has “people who do”… Kaiser and Quilliam estimated annual yield from the mines and operations would be $215 million…. Silver Falcon grew out of Dicut Inc., another Bradenton based company involving Quilliam as President and CEO and Kaiser as investor relations director… Dicut was involved in facial recognition technology … “It was the shell that became the new entity,” Kaiser said. “Dicut went on hard times, had a lot of debt and is no longer a company. There was a reverse stock split. The company restructured last year … to settle a claim and now has come up with something to give shareholders value.”
